Technical, economic, financial, environmental and social feasibility study for photovoltaic systems of 40 MWp in Kambila and 50 MWp in Safo” in Mali.

  1. Grid and grid stability studies (including but not limited to the study of
    short-circuit currents, load studies, power quality studies, stability studies, including grid connection costs and barriers) ;
  2. The stability study of the national interconnected grid (NVN).
    – Calculation of the load flow :
    o Normal operation established,
    o Evaluation of short-circuit currents.– Dynamic behaviour:
    o static stability,
    o Transient stability.
    – Analysis of harmonics.
  3. connection to the network.
    – Analysis of the existing load in the vicinity of the selected sites, taking into account the specifications of the network in that area ;
    – Connection requirements;
    – Analysis of the influence of PV power plants on the grid, especially on voltage, frequency,
    harmonics, fluctuations, etc.
  4. Dynamic study essentially aims at the following points:
    – Validation of the capacity maximum exchange capacity included in the static study ;
    – Analyzes of network security to determine strategies to maintain acceptable operating conditions during normal operation and to secure the system during a failure.
    – Assessment of transient stability, which aims to verify the immunity of the network to strong disturbances being tested by
    Disorders of different types and accordingly
    mainly to faults three-phase interference, loss of a power unit production loss, transmission line loss and load loss.
    – Assessment of the stability statics of the interconnected electrical system with a view to assessing its stability in the event of small disturbances
